Quark Agency ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Lumen mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect any personally identifiable information directly. However, the App uses third-party services that may collect information:

• Google AdMob – Displays banner advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP address, and usage data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• RevenueCat – Manages in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat processes purchase transactions through Apple's App Store. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
• Apple App Store – Handles payment processing for subscriptions. See Apple's Privacy Policy.

2. Advertising

The App displays banner ads through Google AdMob. You may be asked to allow tracking via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they may be less relevant to you.

Premium subscribers ("Lumen Premium") do not see any advertisements.

3. In-App Purchases

The App offers an optional auto-renewable monthly subscription ("Lumen Premium") to remove advertisements. Subscriptions are processed and managed by Apple through your iTunes account. We do not have access to your payment information.

4. Data Storage

Game progress (completed levels, best scores) is stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage (UserDefaults). This data is not transmitted to any server.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The App does not require registration or account creation.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties, except as described above through our integrated third-party services (AdMob, RevenueCat).

7. Your Rights

You may:

• Opt out of personalized advertising through iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking
• Delete your local game data by uninstalling the App
• Manage or cancel subscriptions through iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
