Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Lumen mobile application ("App") operated by Quark Agency ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Lumen is a puzzle game where players toggle lanterns on a grid to turn them all off. The App is free to download and play, with optional in-app purchases.

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

• The App offers an optional auto-renewable monthly subscription called "Lumen Premium" that removes all banner advertisements.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews each month unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the subscription price.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time by going to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iOS device.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. Advertisements

The free version of the App displays banner advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Subscribing to Lumen Premium removes all advertisements.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to graphics, user interface design, level design, text, and code, is the property of Quark Agency and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent any security features of the App

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quark Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
